x333 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered on the x333 platform at x333.plus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use x333 services.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and x333 (the platform operator). They apply to all aspects of x333 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, jackpot games, baccarat, roulette, esports betting, and all promotions and bonuses offered by x333.

x333 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of last revision is shown at the top of this document. Pakistani players are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Players who are found to be under 18 at any point will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided, and any deposits returned minus any winnings derived from those bets.

By creating an account at x333, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing x333 from a location where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits the use of online gambling services of this type.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any recognised gambling self-exclusion programme.

x333 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one single account at x333. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any balances forfeited.

Registration Requirements

To register at x333 you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and a date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date. x333 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x333 login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify x333 support immediately. x333 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

x333 reserves the right to verify player identity at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may include requesting a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Accounts undergoing KYC review may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Currency

x333 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees for Pakistani players. The minimum deposit at x333 is Rs 500.

Accepted Payment Methods

x333 does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be returned and your account suspended pending investigation. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks.

5. Withdrawals

x333 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and fairly. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. x333 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within five minutes of approval.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the associated deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawals can only be made once your account identity has been verified (KYC complete).
• If a bonus is active on your account, the associated wagering requirement must be met before the portion of balance derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been mixed with bonus funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.
• x333 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals (above Rs 100,000) as part of standard AML procedures.
• Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review may take up to 48 hours to process. x333 will notify the player if this applies to their request.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

x333 offers a range of promotions for Pakistani players — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to players who have made a qualifying real-money deposit unless explicitly stated as a no-deposit offer.
• The standard wagering requirement at x333 is 20 times (20×) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonuses not wagered within this period will be removed from the account.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all casino games and sports bets contribute toward wagering. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10% of each stake toward wagering requirements.
• Minimum odds for sports bets to qualify toward wagering is decimal 1.50.
• x333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds where abuse or manipulation is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value before wagering requirements are met.

7. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at x333 are subject to the following general rules. In the event of any ambiguity, x333's interpretation shall be final.

Bet Acceptance

x333 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its own discretion, including declining bets that are identified as clearly mis-priced due to technical error. Where a clearly erroneous price has been accepted, x333 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Players will be notified of any such voidance.

Results & Settlement

• Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant governing body. For cricket, the relevant authority is the ICC or the relevant domestic board. For football, results are settled on 90-minute regulation play unless otherwise stated.
• In-play bets are accepted based on odds available at the moment of confirmation. x333 does not honour bets that were placed after the event concluded, even if a technical delay caused them to appear accepted.
• For events that are abandoned, postponed, or void, all single bets on affected markets will be settled as void and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will have the affected selection treated as a non-runner at odds of 1.00.
• x333 reserves the right to limit betting stakes on specific events or markets for any player at any time without providing a reason.

Bet Limits

Minimum single bet at x333 is Rs 300. Maximum single bet amounts vary by event, sport, and market — these are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing. x333 may also impose personal limits on accounts based on betting patterns.

8. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available at x333 — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, and jackpot titles — are operated on certified RNG software or via live dealer studios operated by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and others.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session at x333, any bets placed during the malfunction will be void and stakes returned. Where a partial round has been completed, the outcome of the round prior to the malfunction will stand if it can be verified from server logs. x333's decision in such matters is final.

Jackpot Games

Progressive jackpots at x333 are funded by a percentage of every qualifying stake made by all players on that jackpot network. Jackpot payouts are subject to verification and may take up to 48 hours to be credited to your x333 balance for amounts above Rs 1,000,000. x333 will contact you directly for large jackpot awards.

Published RTP

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game at x333 is published in the game information panel. These figures represent the long-run theoretical return and do not guarantee a specific result in any individual session. Players are encouraged to review RTP information before choosing a game.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at x333 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating more than one x333 account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other service to disguise your location for the purpose of accessing x333 from a restricted jurisdiction or claiming geo-restricted promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with x333 games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or mis-priced odds in a systematic manner to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms at x333 in a way that circumvents their intended purpose.
• Money laundering or using x333 for any purpose related to financial crime.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at x333 staff or other players.
• Sharing or selling x333 account access to third parties.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

x333 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. In the case of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, or regulatory requirements, this may occur without prior notice. In other cases, x333 will provide reasonable notice where practical.

Voluntary Closure

Any player may close their x333 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@x333.plus. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements. Any uncompleted bonus wagering will be forfeited on voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so via their x333 account settings. Self-exclusion can be set for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 13. Limitation of Liability

x333 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure consistent uptime and reliable services, x333 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

x333 is not liable for any losses that arise from:

• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond x333's reasonable control.
• Delayed settlement of bets caused by disruption to third-party data feeds or game provider systems.
• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses arising from your use of x333.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the x333 platform that may be subject to technical delays.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. In all other cases, x333's aggregate liability to any player for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

x333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made — such as changes to wagering requirements, deposit limits, or account rules — x333 will notify registered Pakistani players via email and in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor changes, such as clarifications that do not materially affect player rights, may be made without prior notice. The date of last update shown at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of x333 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account at any time before the effective date and withdraw your remaining balance.
